Mooli Ke Patte Ki Bhujia is a simple Indian side dish made using radish greens and radish. It is very nutritious and tasty as well. Here is how to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Radish peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 3 cups Radish greens Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Green chilli Slit into halves
  • 1/4 tsp Heeng
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.
  2. When the oil is hot, add garlic and green chilies and fry for a few seconds till the garlic is slightly browned.
  3. Add heeng and cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add radish, radish greens and salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. cover and cook for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
  7. Serve hot with Dal and phulke.
