Ingredients

  • Raw papaya - 1 and 1/2 cup Julienne
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup Julienne
  • Bean sprouts - 1/2 cup
  • French beans - 5-6 Cut into small pieces
  • Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp Chopped
  • For the dressing
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Fish sauce - 1 tsp
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 1/2 tsp grated
  • Red chili - 1 Chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix raw papaya, carrot, bean sprouts and french beans in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  4. Transfer the salad in a serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts and coriander on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
