Loaded with the goodness of mangoes, peaches, and milk, this Mango Peach Shake is a great way to start your day. So make it this time.



  • 1 cup Ripe Mango Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Peach Peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups Toned milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey Increase the amount according to your preference
  • Mint leaves for garnishing


  1. Blend mango and peach with some milk in a blender to make a smooth puree.
  2. add the remaining milk and honey and blend well.
  3. Pour the shake in glasses.
  4. Garnish with each wedge and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve chilled.
  6. You can add more milk if you like your shakes thinner.
  7. You can also add ice cubes to your shake if you wish.
  8. Adjust the amount of honey according to the sweetness of the mangoes and peaches.
