Ingredients

For the outer covering

  • 400 g Boneless Chicken Thigh
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Butter Softened
  • 1 Egg

For the filling

  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese Grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper powder

For coating

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 3 Egg white
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. All all the ingredients for the outer covering in a food processor and grind to a smooth mixture.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
  3. Apply little oil in your palms.
  4. Take a small lemon size portion of the chicken mixture and slightly flatten it.
  5. Keep a tsp of filling in the centre and bring the ends together to make a round.
  6. Make all the balls in the same manner.
  7. Now roll the ball in the flour.
  8. Then dip it in the egg white and finally coat the ball with the bread crumbs.
  9. Finish all the balls in the same manner.
  10. Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.
  11. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan.
  12. Deep fry the balls on medium heat till golden brown from all the sides.
  13. Drain on a plate lined with kitchen tissue.
  14. Serve hot with Ketchup.
