Ingredients

  • Mango - 1 cup peeled and chopped
  • Avocado - 1 cup peeled and chopped
  • Chickpea - 1 cup Soaked for 5-6 hours and then boiled along with little salt till soft
  • Lettuce - 1 cup Torn into small pieces
  • For the dressing
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander - 1 tbsp Chopped
  • Red chili - 1 Chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix Mango, Avocado, Chickpea and Lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients for dressing in another bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
