Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh curd
  • 1/4 cup Mango puree
  • 1 cup Mango Cubed
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 5-6 Mint leaves Chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk the curd till it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill for a few hours before serving.

Recipe Notes

You can use fresh or frozen mango puree to make this raita.

Add some chopped green chilli for a spicy kick.
