Add 250 g (1 cup) yogurt in a medium sized bowl and whisk it using a wire whisk until nice and smooth.
Add ¼ cup milk to the bowl and mix well.
Now add the remaining ingredients like 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander, 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint, 1 teaspoon chopped green chili, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder, and salt to taste, and mix well.
Chill the raita for a few hours before serving.
Notes
You can add boondi in this raita too.Give a tempering of ghee and garlic in this raita for a delicious upgrade.If the yogurt is sour, add some sugar to the raita.
