Ingredients

  • Garlic cloves - 1 cup
  • Ginger - 2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder / Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender to make a smooth paste.
  2. Use little water if required.
  3. Store in a clean glass jar for up to a week in refrigerator.
