Ingredients

  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Coconut powder - 1 cup and more for rolling the ladoo.
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Almond slivers to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Add coconut powder and fry for a minute on medium heat.
  3. Add milk and condensed milk.
  4. Cook till all the milk has reduced.
  5. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  6. Cook till the mixture is very thick and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Make small ladoos from the mixture and roll them in the coconut powder.
  9. Garnish with almond slivers.
