Ingredients
For the topping

Unsalted butter

Brown sugar

Mix fruit jam
or any jam of your choice

seeds removed and cut into slices
For the cake

All purpose flour

Almond flour

Baking powder

Unsalted butter

Sugar

Eggs

Yogurt

teaspoon
Vanilla extract
Instructions
Grease and line an 8 inch pan
In a pan, heat butter, sugar and jam
Cook on low heat till sugar has dissolved and jam has melted
Pour the topping in the prepared pan
Let it cool completely
When it is completely cooled, arrange the plum slices on top
For the cake
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C
Mix all purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl
Beat sugar and butter in a bowl till light and fluffy
Add eggs and beat well
Add yogurt and vanilla extract and beat for half minute
Add flour gradually and mix till combined
Pour the batter over the plums and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife comes out clean
Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minute in the pan
Remove from the pan
Dust with powdered sugar
Serve warm
