Mix flour, vegetable oil and salt in a bowl.
Add water and knead to make a soft dough.
Cover the dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients to make the filling in a bowl.
Take lemon size ball of the dough and dust and roll it to make a 4 inch circle.
Keep a similar amount of filling in the centre and bring the ends together.
Dust and roll the paratha gently to make a 6 inch circle.
Heat a griddle.
Transfer the paratha on the griddle and cook until brown spots appear on the lower side.
Flip and cook on the other side as well.
Apply ghee or oil on both the sides and press and cook until crisp and nicely browned.
Serve hot with pickle and curd.
You can add some grated processed cheese in the filling to make cheesy paratha.
To make best stuffed parathas, the amount of filling should be similar to the amount of dough.
The consistency of the filling should be simulate the consistency of the dough.
The edges should be rolled thinner than the centre.
