Ingredients

  • 2 Apples Sliced
  • 2 Pear Sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate
  • 15-20 Cherries Pitted and halved
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Pecans Chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the fruits in a bowl.

  2. Add lemon juice and mix well.

  3. Mix dark brown sugar, honey, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.

  4. Pour the mixture over the fruits and mix well.

  5. Transfer the fruits in a 8x6 inch inch baking tray.

  6. Pre heat the oven to 150 Degrees C or 300 Degrees F..

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

  8. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle roasted pecans on top.

  9. Serve hot with ice cream scoops.
