Ingredients

  • 3-4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely Grated
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 Degrees C)

  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, rosemary, garlic powder and paprika in a bowl.

  3. Drizzle the tilapia fillets with olive oil and press them in the cheese mixture to coat evenly.

  4. Transfer the coated fillets to the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Drizzle lemon juice and serve warm.

Recipe Notes

You can use parmesan powder instead of shredded parmesan too.

Use any white fish fillet to make this recipe.
