Pumpkin Banana Muffins are easy to make and are a healthy option for breakfast or snacks. 



  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Clove
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Banana Puree
  • 1/2 cup Pecans Chopped


  1. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

  2. Pre heat the oven to 425 Degrees F.

  3. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger granulated sugar and brown sugar in a bowl.

  4. In another large bowl, mix olive oil, vanilla extract, eggs, pumpkin puree and banana puree.

  5. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just combined.

  6. Pour the batter in the muffin liners until they are 3/4th full.

  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

  8. Bake for 5 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 350 Degrees F.

  9. Bake for another 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

  10. Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  11. Remove the muffins from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
