Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Rice
  • 2 and 1/4 cup Water
  • 2-3 drops Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice and drain the excess water.

  2. Add the rice in the pot of the Instant Pot.

  3. Add water, lemon juice, salt and oil and close the lid of the instant pot.

  4. Set the valve to sealing position.

  5. Press pressure cooker and set the timer to 4 minutes.

  6. Instant pot will take some time to build the steam and then it will start the cooking process.

  7. Once the cooking time is complete, let the steam release on it’s own for 5 minutes.

  8. Release the steam by moving the valve to open position.

  9. Open the lid and fluff the rice gently using a fork.

  10. Serve hot
