Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Packed
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens Chopped
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add lemon juice and mix well.

  3. Add some hot water and mix well if the dressing is too thick.

  4. Store in a glass jar and refrigerate for 4-5 days.

Recipe Notes

Use eggless mayonnaise to make vegan dressing.
