Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2-3 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 cup Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Thinly Sliced
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 g Paneer Cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

  2. Once the oil is hot, add cardamom and bay leaf and fry for a few seconds.

  3. Add onion and tomato and fry for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and fry for 1 minute until oil starts to separate on the sides.

  5. Add Paneer, Fresh cream and Kasoori Methi and cook for a minute.

  6. Serve hot.
