Ingredients

  • 10-12 Strawberries Chopped and Frozen
  • 1 Banana Peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1.2 cup Milk
  • Honey To taste

Instructions

  1. Add frozen strawberries, banana and yogurt in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add milk and blend again.

  4. Serve chilled.
