Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dark Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Minced
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 500 g Shrimp Cleaned
  • 2 cups Broccoli Cut into small florets
  • 1 cup Mixed Bell peppers Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens Chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, orange juice, ginger, garlic and brown sugar in a bowl and keep aside.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok.

  3. Once the oil is hot, add the shrimps and saute on high heat until they turn pink.

  4. Remove the shrimps on a plate.

  5. Add broccoli and bell peppers in the wok and saute for 2 minutes.

  6. Add the fried shrimps, sauce mixture and red chilli paste and cook for a minute.

  7. Mix cornflour in water and add it in the wok and cook until the sauce thickens.

  8. Garnish with spring onion greens.

  9. Serve hot.
