Ingredients

  • 2+2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 200 g Ground Chicken
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger Minced
  • 1/2 cup Onion Diced
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom Diced
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum Diced
  • 1/2 cup Carrots Diced
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.

  2. When the oil is hot, add the ground chicken and cook until the chicken turns brown and is perfectly cooked.

  3. Push the chicken on the side of the wok.

  4. Add another 2 tbsp of oil in the wok and add ginger and garlic.

  5. Fry for a few seconds.

  6. Add onion and fry till translucent.

  7. Add cabbage, mushroom, capsicum, carrots, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar.

  8. Increase the heat and mix everything in the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

  9. Garnish with spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.

Recipe Notes

You can add some cooked rice or noodles to the bowl too to make it more filling.
