Ingredients

  • 750 g Baby Potato
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Rock salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and peel them.

  2. Add potatoes in a bowl filled with water. along with 2 tsp salt for 10 minutes.

  3. Rinse the potatoes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan.

  5. Add the potatoes and fry on high heat for 2 minutes.

  6. Simmer the heat to low and and cook until potatoes are cooked through.

  7. Drain the potatoes on a plate.

  8. Press the potatoes gently using a potato masher.

  9. Drop them again in the hot oil and fry until crispy and golden brown.

  10. Drain the potatoes on a plate.

  11. Mix all the dry spices in a bowl.

  12. Sprinkle the masalas on the potatoes and mix well.

  13. Serve immediately.
