Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Coriander
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
  • 2-3 Green Chillies Chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Chopped
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Hing
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • salt To taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend to make a smooth chutney.

  2. Add little water if required.

  3. Store in a glass container in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
