Ingredients

  • 200 g Egg Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion Cubed
  • 3-4 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp MSG Optional
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion Chopped

Instructions

  1. Add water in a large pan.

  2. Add 1 tbsp salt in it.

  3. When the water comes to a boil, add the noodles.

  4. Cook till noodles are done.

  5. Meanwhile, add oil in a wok.

  6. Add the chopped garlic and cook till garlic is slightly brown in color.

  7. Add onion and dry red chillies and cook for a minute.

  8. Strain the cooked noodles and add them immediately in the wok along with MSG and toss well.

  9. Sprinkle spring onion on top.

  10. Top with more fried garlic for added flavour.

  11. Serve hot with any Chinese gravy.
