Ingredients

For the dough

  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Water

For the topping

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Boiled and Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Grated
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 300 g Fresh Mozzarella Sliced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 8-10 Basil Leaves

Instructions

For the pizza dough

  1. Add all the ingredients in the bowl of the stand mixer.

  2. Mix until combined.

  3. Knead the dough on medium speed for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and keep in a warm place for 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size.

Assembling the pizza

  1. Pre heat the oven to 500 Degrees F (260 Degrees C)

  2. Mix minced garlic with olive oil. 

  3. Brush a 9x13 inch baking sheet with olive oil generously.

  4. Transfer the pizza dough on the baking sheet.

  5. Stretch the dough onto the baking sheet evenly.

  6. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil mixed with minced garlic all over the dough and brush it all over.

  7. Cover the baking sheet and keep it aside for the dough to rise for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove the cover and top the dough with pizza sauce.

  9. Top with mushroom, chicken, bell pepper, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, mozzarella, salt and pepper.

  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

  11. Remove the tray from the oven .

  12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  13. Cut into slices and serve hot.
