Ingredients

  • 200 g Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 500 g Frozen Corn
  • 1/2 cup Red & Yellow Belle Pepper Cubed
  • 2 tbsp Pickled Jalapeno Chopped
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Shredded

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 Degrees F (180 Degree C).

  2. Heat cream cheese, butter, milk and parmesan cheese in a pan until everything melts and come together.

  3. Mix corn, bell peppers, jalapeƱo, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture in the bowl and mix well.

  5. Transfer the mixture in a baking dish.

  6. Spread evenly.

  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 35-40 minutes until the cheese brown from top.

  8. Remove the pan from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  9. Serve hot.

Recipe Notes

You can add sour cream in place of cream cheese and milk. No need to heat.

Just mix everything else with sour cream in a big bowl. Pour the mix in the baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the cheese browns.

Remove the pan from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
