Milk

teaspoon
Vanilla Extract

Apples
Peeled and chopped
Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 350 Degrees F (180 Degrees C).
Grease and line an 8 inch baking pan.
Beat butter and sugar in a bowl till light and fluffy.
Add egg white and whisk well.
Add flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda and mix until combined.
Now add milk and mix well.
Add oats powder, vanilla extract and apples and mix until combined.
Transfer the batter in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 40-45 mins until a tooth pic comes out clean.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely on a cooling rack.
Cut into slices and serve.
Notes
If you are not looking for a healthy cake, you can replace oats powder and whole wheat powder with all purpose flour.
