Store in an airtight jar and use as required.
You can store the panch phoran masala in an air tight container or in a tight zip lock bag and keep it in the refrigerator so that the spices remain flavourful and aromatic for a long period of time.
Even if you do not keep it in a refrigerator, always store it in a cool and dry place which is away from the heat of gas stove and microwave or any other heat generating appliance.
