Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red or White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Grated or Powdered
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Cracked Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mason jar.

  2. Close the lid tightly and shake it vigorously.

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning, acidity or sweet according to your taste preference.

  4. Cover the lid and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

  5. Use as required.

Recipe Notes

Shake the dressing well before every use.

You can use fresh herbs if you are planning to use the dressing in 2 days.
