Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter At room temperature
  • 3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup M&M Or any gems

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 Degrees F (180 Degrees C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Transfer butter, dark brown sugar and castor sugar in the bowl of the blender.

  4. Whisk for 3-4 minutes on medium speed.

  5. Add milk and vanilla extract and mix well.

  6. Add all purpose flour and baking soda in the bowl and mix until combined.

  7. Fold chocolate chips and m&m cookies in the dough.

  8. Scoop 1 tbsp of the dough on the parchment sheet keeping a distance of 2 inches between each scoop.

  9. Bake the cookies for 12-13 minutes until the sides are slightly browned.

  10. Transfer the cookies on a wire rack and cool completely.

  11. Make all the cookies in the same manner.

  12. Store in a glass jar 

Recipe Notes

After adding the flour, do not mix the batter too much.

You can increase the amount of M& M and chocolate chips if you like the cookies more loaded.

Make sure to scoop the batter keeping a distance with each other.
