Banana Bread Muffins is a one bowl recipe which is super easy to make and gets done in under 30 minutes. These are moist and have a lovely texture. Here is how to make Banana Bread Muffins Recipe.



  • 1 and 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Ripe Banana Mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Pecan Chopped


  1. Pre heat the oven to 425 Degrees F (220 degrees C).

  2. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners.

  3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

  5. Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.

  6. Pour batter in the prepared liners until they are 3/4th full.

  7. Bake for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 Degrees C).

  8. Bake for another 10-12 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.

  9. Cool the muffins on a wire rack.

Recipe Notes

You can replace all purpose flour with whole wheat flour for a healthier version.
