Golden Paste (Turmeric Paste)
will make sure your nourishing and comforting golden turmeric milk is just a minute away. Make a big batch of this anti-inflammatory Indian Ayurvedic paste using my simple recipe.

ground turmeric

ground cinnamon

ground cloves

ground black pepper

cold pressed coconut oil
melted
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except coconut oil in a pan and make a smooth mixture.
Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently.
Switch off the heat. Add coconut oil and mix well to combine.
Let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Transfer to a clean glass jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month. Use as required.
Notes
Use an old pan to cook the paste as turmeric might stain it.
