Add 1 cup chilled whole milk, 5-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and 4 tbsp Nutella to the large jar of a blender and blend until smooth. Do not add Nutella the first thing in the jar as it might get stuck to the blades and not mix properly.
Pour the milkshake in the chilled serving glasses. Top with whipped cream, drizzle some chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed toasted hazelnuts on top and serve chilled.
Use whole (full fat) milk to make this shake. It makes the shake creamier and richer. Do not forget to chill it for a few hours. If the milk is not chilled, the shake won’t taste that delicious.Want it to be more chocolaty, then go for chocolate flavor ice cream instead of vanilla. The ice cream should be a little soft (not runny) when added to the blender. If it’s too hard it will not blend properly.Do not add ice to the milkshake otherwise, it will water it down and the taste will be affected.To make it healthier, use skim milk, and instead of ice cream, add banana and frozen vanilla yogurt.Do not add Nutella to the blender first. It might stick to the blades and not mix properly with milk. So, when you make this shake, add it in the last.You can add banana, coffee powder, peanut butter, etc as extra ingredients and make a different version of this Nutella milkshake.
