Make these 3 ingredients brownies in just 5 minutes of active time. These dense, fudgy chocolate brownies are flourless, gluten-free, paleo, refined sugar-free, and eggless too.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Line an 8X8 baking tray with parchment paper. The parchment paper should slightly hang out of the pan. This will make pulling out the brownies from the tray easier.
Peel the bananas and break them into 2-3 inch pieces. Add them to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add Nutella and cocoa powder to the blender and blend until combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly using a silicon spatula.
Note – You can sprinkle chocolate chips over the brownies at this stage if you wish to.
Keep the pan in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownies cool completely.
Pull the brownies out of the pan by holding the parchment paper and cut them into 9 pieces. Serve.
