Wash a starfruit and cut it into 0.25 inch slices.
Add the slices to a large pitcher. Add mint leaves and halved strawberries.
Pour 4 liters of water into the pitcher. Refrigerate the pitcher for 3-4 hours. Serve the water chilled along with a few pieces of starfruits and strawberries. You can use a large spoon to take out the fruits.
Once you have finished all the infused water, you can use the same set of fruits to make one more batch.Keep the water infused for about 2 to 4 hours for a lighter flavor or overnight, if you like strong flavors.You can go ahead and experiment with more fruits and herbs and add them to make it a little more flavorful.
