Farali Pineapple Curry Recipe I Annanas Ki Sabzi Recipe is a very easy to make accompaniment which just requires cubed pineapple, ghee, grated coconut, and spices. Serve it hot with poories.

Ingredients

Zeera / Cumin Seeds

Peeled and Cubed

Green Chilli

tablespoon
Sugar

teaspoon
Dry Mango Powder
Salt to taste

tablespoon
Fresh Coriander
Chopped
Instructions
Blend coconut, green chilli and sugar in a blender until smooth.
Add little water if required to grind.
Heat 3 cups water in a pan.
Once the water starts to boil, add pineapple piece to it and boil for 5-6 minutes.
Drain the water and keep the pineapple and water aside.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds.
Add the coconut paste and ½ cup water from boiled pineapple and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the boiled pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the amchoor powder and salt and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve hot.
