Ragi Mudde is a very healthy staple from Karnataka and Rayalaseema Region of Andhra Pradesh and is made using Ragi flour.

Ingredients
2 and ½

Water
Salt to taste

Ghee

Ragi Flour

Cooked Rice
Slightly Mashed
Instructions
Heat water in a pan.
Add salt and ghee and bring the water to a boil.
Add the rice and ragi flour and cover the pan with a lid.
Do not stir at this point.
Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat and mix well to make a smooth mixture.
Keep the pan back on heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Take out the mixture in a bowl and let it cool slightly.
Slightly wet your palms and make tennis balls size balls from the mixture.
Serve hot with any spicy curry or dal.
Notes
Some people do not add any rice in this recipe but I personally like it with rice. You can try to skip rice and see if you like that version.
