This is a Chinese sauce that is thick and pungent and is often used as a glaze for grilling meat and vegetables.

Soy sauce

Black Bean Sauce

Chinese hot sauce
If it is not available, you can use Red Chilli paste or sriracha sauce instead
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously.
Transfer the sauce in a clean glass jar.
Store in refrigerator for up a month.
Notes
If you are planning to make this as gluten free, use gluten free Soy Sauce that is tamari to make it.
