Middle Eastern Spiced Lamb Sliders have lamb mince as the base of the patty to which is added an interesting mix of spice powders.

Ingredients
For the Patty

Ground lamb / Mutton

Garlic

Za’atar spice mix

Dried mint powder

Fresh parsley

For the Burger

Tzatziki sauce
Instructions
Add lamb, garlic, salt, black pepper, Za’atar, mint powder and parsley in a bowl and mix gently.
Do not over mix.
Make small patties from the mix and make a small indentation in the centre.
Heat a grill pan and slightly brush it with oil.
Grill the patties until done from both the sides.
For the assembly
Cut the slider bun into half and toast it slightly on a hot griddle.
Slather both the sides with tzatziki sauce.
Keep lettuce leaves, tomato slice and patty on the bun bottom and top with the top.
Secure with a pick.
Serve hot.
