Ingredients

Rice Vinegar
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a pan and cook bacon until it is browned from both the sides.
Drain on a plate lined with kitchen towel and chop roughly once cooled.
Add egg in the same pan and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Scramble the eggs and cook until they are done.
Transfer on a plate.
In the same pan, add sesame oil and onion and fry for a minute.
Add spring onion greens and cooked rice and mix well.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, scrambled egg and bacon and mix well.
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
Notes
Use a day old rice to make this dish.
You can adjust the sauces according to your taste.
Add some hot sauce for a spicy kick.
