This chutney brings together the freshness of coriander and tanginess of Amla or Indian gooseberries. While coriander is a common chutney ingredient adding amla not only gives this a different taste, but loads of vitamin C as well.
Add a few tablespoon of water if needed to blend the chutney.
Check for salt and lime juice and add more if needed. Serve.

Adjust the green chilies as per your taste.Skip using asafetida in the recipe to make a gluten-free version.You can add some fresh mint to this chutney.
