Ingredients

peeled, cubed, and frozen pineapple

banana
peeled, sliced, and frozen

chilled Greek yogurt

chilled low-fat milk

honey

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Tip
– If the fruits are very hard, then thaw them for 10 minutes before blending.
Blend until smooth.
Add some more milk if the smoothie is thick for your liking. Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if required.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint leaves and serve chilled.
