Ingredients

Apple
Cut into small cubes

Cut into slices

Potato
Boiled, Peeled and cubed

Sweet potato
Boiled, Peeled and cubed
Salt to taste

Chaat masala

teaspoon
Cumin powder
Roasted

teaspoon
Red chili powder

teaspoon
Green chili

teaspoon
Fresh coriander
Chopped

teaspoon
Lemon juice

tablespoon
Ghee
for frying
Instructions
Heat ghee in apan.
Deep fry potatoes and sweet potatoes till golden brown.
Drain and keep aside.
Add apple, banana, pineapple and pomegranate in a bowl.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chilli and fresh coriander and mix well.
Add fried potatoes and sweet potatoes and give it a quick mix.
Serve immediately.
