is a delicious Indian snack made using roasted or fried papad topped with a tangy and spicy onion tomato mix.

Lemon Juice
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients except papads in a bowl.
Lay the papads on the serving platter.
Top with the mixture.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can top the papad with some fine sev as well.
Make the filling and fry the papad just before serving for the best result.
