This homemade Blue Cheese Salad Dressing is much better than the store-bought ones and comes together in 5 minutes. It's cool, creamy, tangy with chunks of blue cheese coming in each bite.
Add milk and lemon juice in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Use over salads.

Don't open a new carton of buttermilk to make this dressing. Just mix milk with lemon juice and your instant buttermilk is ready in no time.Always chill this dressing for at least 4-5 hours before serving. It makes a lot of difference in the flavor.This recipe can be easily halved, doubled, or tripled.Add a splash of Worcestershire Sauce for a taste change.If using the dressing for salad, you can thin it down using some milk or water. If using it as a dipping sauce, thick consistency works best.You can also add some mayonnaise and sour cream to this recipe.
