To make this easy strawberry and pineapple smoothie at home, wash and clean the strawberries. Remove the green leafy part using a knife and chop the strawberries. Peel and chop the pineapple and peel and cut the banana into slices. Freeze strawberries, pineapple, and banana for 5-6 hours. Freezing the fruits makes a super creamy smoothie. If you have forgotten to freeze the fruits before making the smoothie, add a few ice cubes while blending. Add frozen strawberries, banana, pineapple, milk, and yogurt to the medium jar of a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add honey to taste and mix well.
