Pound the chicken breast to even thickness. If they are too large, you can cut them in half.
Mix all the remaining ingredient in a bowl.
Add chicken breast and coat them well with the marinade.
Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Pre heat an oven to 400 Degrees F (200 Degrees C).
Keep the chicken on a baking tray.
Pour the remaining marinade on top .
Bake for 22-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the tray from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5-6 minutes.
Cut the grilled chicken into slices.
Serve with a salsa and steamed rice.
You can use boneless chicken thighs to make this recipe too. It will be even juicier.You can skip adding soy sauce in this recipe for a change in taste.If you are not a cilantro fan, use parsley instead.
