Milk

Butter
Melted

Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract and mix just until combined.
Heat a non stick griddle over medium high heat and brush it with butter.
Pour a ladle full of batter on the hot griddle.
Cook the pancake on medium low heat until bubbles starts to form on the top surface and the pancake starts to brown from the sides.
Flip and cook until the other side is also golden brown.
Make other pancakes the same manner.
Serve hot with your choice of topping.
Notes
The pan should be very hot before you pour the batter.
Brush the pan with oil and not butter.
