Instructions
Wash the chicken breast and place them in the pot of the slow cooker.
Whisk garlic, honey, ketchup, sriracha and soy sauce in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
Cover the lid of the slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the chicken pieces on a chopping board and shred it into small pieces using a fork.
Transfer the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker and mix well with the sauce.
Mix corn starch in water to make a slurry.
Add the slurry in the slow cooker and slow cook for another hour.
Garnish the chicken with toasted sesame seeds and green onion.
Serve hot.
