1tablespoonRadhuniReplace it with cumin seeds if not available.
1tablespoonNigella Seeds/ Kalaunji
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Store in an airtight jar and use as required.
You can store it in an airtight container or in a tight zip-lock bag and keep it in the refrigerator so that the spices remain flavourful and aromatic for a long period of time. Even if you do not keep it in a refrigerator, always store it in a cool and dry place which is away from the heat of the gas stove and microwave or any other heat-generating appliance.
