Wash the apples and cut them into 4 pieces. Remove the seeds and peel the skin. Chop the peeled apples into small cubes. Freeze the cubes for 5-6 hours.
Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Freeze the slices for 5-6 hours.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer in serving glasses garnish with ground cinnamon or edible flowers. Serve immediately otherwise the smoothie will turn brown due to oxidation of apples.
Make a vegan version by replacing milk and yogurt with vegan milk and yogurt.Use sweet apples and avoid using apples that are tart and sour.You can choose to keep the peel of the apples while making this smoothie. It will be more nutritious but not as smooth.You can freeze the serving glasses for an hour to keep the smoothie chilled after serving.
